RETURN POLICY

 

Art & Commissions

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of original artwork, large-scale pieces, and custom commissions, no returns, cancellations, or exchanges are accepted.
This includes:

  • Original paintings

  • Large-scale works

  • Mixed media pieces

  • Custom garments

  • Custom styling/creative work

  • Made-to-order or personalized items

If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact the studio within 7 days with photos so we can assist with an insurance claim.

Clothing & Vintage

Clothing items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • in original condition

  • free of scents, makeup, deodorant, or alterations

  • returned with all original tags/packaging (if applicable)

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged or was misrepresented, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis for clothing only.
Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways.

Sale Items

All sale, clearance, or discounted items are final sale.
